Shipping and Delivery
If we have your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are being delivered to you. In-stock orders normally ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item in back in stock. We will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. We proudly use Canada Post as the carrier for all orders. How soon you receive the product(s) depends on the shipping method you choose. If you select Canada Post Expedited Parcel you can expect to receive your delivery within 3 to 7 business days. If you select Canada Post Xpresspost you can expect to receive your delivery within 1 to 3 business days.
We charge a $3.00 Handling Fee for each order, plus shipping charges based on the delivery method you select and applicable taxes (if any). Shipping rates vary based on the product(s) shipped and the shipping address used for delivery. We are unable to ship orders to post office boxes.
We will send you a notification email when we ship your order. This will include a tracking number so you can check on the delivery status of your order. You can track your order by visiting the Canada post website (www.canadapost.ca ) and typing in your tracking number.
You may order product(s) and ship them to another person as a gift. Just make sure you specify the correct delivery address for the order (the recipient’s address), which will be different from the billing address (your address).
